Order processing

Orders begin processing after payment authorization, on business days only. Each piece is prepared with care within the standard handling time below.

What happens after you order

1. Payment is authorized and the order is confirmed.
2. Handling begins: 1-1 business days.
3. Once dispatched, the carrier transports your order within 2-5 business days.
4. You receive a tracking email after dispatch; allow 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.
5. Delivery is completed by the carrier to the address provided at checkout.

Standard handling time: 1-1 business days. Standard transit time: 2-5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Destination availability

thados ships to addresses serviced by our carrier network. If an address cannot be serviced, thados will contact you to update the address or cancel before shipment.

Tracking and split shipments

• Items may ship in multiple parcels to arrive sooner; tracking will be issued separately for each parcel.
• Tracking is sent by email after dispatch; please allow 24–48 hours for carrier systems to reflect movement.

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. thados is not responsible for delays or loss resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
