Your cancellation window

Orders can be requested for cancellation within 2 hours of placement. After this window, the order may move into processing quickly as our handling time is 1-1 business days.

When processing begins

• Once an order enters processing, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
• If the package has shipped, the order cannot be canceled and may be eligible for return after delivery under our standard return terms.
• Partial cancellations depend on each item’s fulfillment status at the time of review.
• If a cancellation request is declined, the order will ship as originally placed.

How to request a cancellation

2. Include your order number and a brief reason for the request.
3. Confirm the name, shipping address, and any specific items you wish to cancel.
4. Wait for a confirmation email advising whether the request was approved.

Refunds for approved cancellations

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD.
• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days; your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the credit.
• The standard shipping fee of $6.99 per order is refunded only if thados is at fault (for example, a system error or duplicate charge).
• No restocking fees apply.
