How do I place an order and what happens after checkout?

Select your style, choose a size, and proceed to checkout. thados accepts PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, and Airwallex in USD, with taxes shown at checkout where applicable. After payment, an order confirmation email is sent and the order moves to processing within 1-1 business days. A shipping confirmation with tracking follows once the parcel departs.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to send back. There is no restocking fee. The original shipping fee is refunded only when thados is at fault.

When will I receive my refund?

  • After thados receives and inspects the returned item, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method (PayPal, credit/debit cards, Stripe, Airwallex).
  • Your statement may reflect the credit in 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or provider.
