What is the return window and what is required for a return?

Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery. To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item(s) you wish to send back. There is no restocking fee. The original shipping fee is refunded only when thados is at fault.

After thados receives and inspects the returned item, refunds are processed in 5-7 business days.
