30 days from delivery — that is the return window for eligible thados items.

thados accepts returns requested within 30 days from the delivery date for eligible items that meet the condition standards below.

Eligible reasons

  • Defective or damaged on arrival
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Wrong size shipped
  • Significantly different from the description or images

Item condition requirements

Items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and, where possible, in the original packaging.

Photo / proof requirements

  • Clear, well‑lit images of the specific issue or defect
  • Photo of the size tag and SKU label (if present)
  • Full front and back images of the garment
  • Order number and a brief description of the concern

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] from the address used to place the order.
  2. Include the order number, reason for return, required photos, and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
  3. Wait for written approval with next steps and, where applicable, a return label.
  4. Package the item securely and send it back using the provided instructions.

Who pays for return shipping

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for return. Original shipping fees are refunded only when thados is at fault.

Items thados cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, or altered garments
  • Items missing original tags
  • Returns showing odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect wear (e.g., slight color variance due to lighting)

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered for size, color, or the same style when stock is available. If an exchange cannot be fulfilled, a refund will be issued instead.

Approval and timing

Approval and return instructions are sent by email. thados aims to reply to return requests within 1–2 business days. After an approved return arrives and is inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on the original payment statement. No restocking fees apply.
