DMCA Policy

10–14 business days: the statutory window before content may be restored after a valid counter-notice.

Our approach to intellectual property

thados values original creation. The brand responds promptly to valid copyright complaints and follows applicable notice-and-takedown procedures under the DMCA and comparable laws.

Filing a notice

To request removal of allegedly infringing material, a written DMCA notice must include all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and the precise location of the material, including the full URL(s) on thados.com.
  4. Contact information for the complaining party, including full name, mailing address, and email address (and a telephone number if available).
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good‑faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Where to send

Send your complete notice using one of the following:

Counter-notification

If your material was removed or access was disabled and you believe this was due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (full URL on thados.com) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, mailing address, and email address (and a telephone number if available).
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in your location of residence or where thados may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice or their agent.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, thados will forward it to the original claimant. Unless thados receives notice that the claimant has filed an action seeking a court order, the material may be restored after the statutory waiting period of 10–14 business days.

Repeat infringer policy

thados may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable or terminate accounts of users determined to be repeat infringers. The brand may also remove content and take steps to prevent abusive or bad‑faith submissions.
